Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. Orders are processed immediately and despatched at 5pm (3pm for 1st Class Post) on the same working day. Orders placed after the despatch time or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday are processed and despatched on the next working day. |
Delivery Information
UK Post
Sent by Royal Mail. Only available on orders under £30 and less than 1kg. Delivery time is not guaranteed and there are no refunds for items lost by Royal Mail. UK Next Working Day offers cover for items lost in transit. If the weight of your order exceeds 1kg there may be an extra charge. We will contact you before processing your order.
UK Next Working Day
Sent by Courier for next working day delivery before 5pm, 12Noon, 10am or Saturday AM depending on the option selected. There is a weight limit of 25kg for before 5pm and 10kg for all other next day options.
UK Collect
Collect by carrier or in person from Duncan Rogers (Engineering) Ltd, 396 Hillington Road, Glasgow G52 4BL. We will inform you when your order is ready for collection.
Non UK Mail
Sent by Royal Mail International. Only available on orders under £40 and less than 1kg. Delivery time varies between 3-7 days depending on the destination and there are no refunds for items lost in the post. Delivery by Courier offers cover for items lost in transit. If the weight of your order exceeds 1kg there may be an extra charge. We will contact you before processing your order.
Non UK Courier
Sent by a Courier such as DPD, Fedex or DHL. Delivery time varies between 2-6 days depending on the destination. Certain remote destinations may take longer. There is also a weight limit of 2kg for smaller orders and 5kg on larger orders. If the weight of your order exceeds 1kg there may be an extra charge. We will contact you before processing your order.
Non UK Collect
Must be collected by a carrier for immediate delivery outside UK.
